The Michigan Planning Enabling Act, Act 33 of 2008, and the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Act 110 of 2006, provides the legislative framework by which the appointed Planning Commission Members manage the planning and zoning functions of city government. The Roseville Planning Commission, , as established in Chapter 45 of the Roseville Code of Ordinances, is designated and shall perform the zoning duties of said commission as provided in the statute in connection with any amendment.
