Please use a separate form for each Vehicle you wish to Register for this event. Cost for Entry is $10/Vehicle on or before September 24th, 2021 and $20/Vehicle on the day of the event. Checks should be made payable to the CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MICHIGAN and remitted to: City of Roseville Community & Economic Development Department ATTN: Jim Gammicchia 29777 Gratiot Avenue Roseville, MI 48066. Please note your vehicle Year-Make-Model in the memo line of your check. We appreciate your support of the City of Roseville Downtown Development Authority and its programs and events!
By entering my FULL NAME Below, I acknowledge that in consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and members of their party do hereby release and discharge the City of Roseville, its Downtown Development Authority, and its event sponsors of any and all know and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to their person and/or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and their agents from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants of any participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant under the direction or control of the entrant. The City of Roseville reserves the right to refuse admittance to the event or to dismiss anyone for unacceptable conduct at their sole discretion. I further agree to allow media and photos of myself and/or vehicle(s) to be used in the publicity and advertising of this or any future event(s).
