The City Treasurer's Office is open for public transactions Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The City of Roseville Treasurer's Office is located at 29777 Gratiot Avenue, on the west side of Gratiot just south of Common Road in City Hall behind the Roseville Police Department and the 39th District Court.

You get two tax bills each year. The summer tax bill comes out July 01 and the winter tax bill comes out December 01.
Current summer taxes are due August 31.
Current winter taxes are due February 28.
We accept personal check, certified check, money order or cash. Credit card payments are also accepted, but are assessed a 3% Fee and a $2 minimum.
Yes, partial payments are accepted. After the summer due date (August 31), there is a 1% penalty per month on the unpaid balance.
All current taxes turn delinquent to the County the day after their due date.
Current taxes can be paid to the City after the due date with an additional penalty of 1% per month until the next season's due date.
Summer taxes become delinquent September 1st earning 1% interest each month until paid. If taxes are not paid by February 28th of the following year, they are sent to Macomb County as a delinquent tax lien for that tax year.
