The Roseville Public Library is to serve as the cultural and informational center for the City of Roseville in order to provide a wide variety of materials, programs and services for residents of all ages. The Library’s principal responsibility shall be the provision of resources: to meet the information needs of individuals, organizations, and businesses; to facilitate informal self-educational study, and to provide recreational materials. This five-member council is appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Term is five years.
