Pavement Patch/Water Patch Program

The Water Department provides locations requiring concrete replacement due to water main breaks or sanitary sewer repairs and the Engineering Division prioritizes sections of the city streets for pavement patches and marks all areas for replacement. All concrete replacement is inspected by the Engineering Division.

Engineering personnel assess conditions of city streets and calculate costs necessary for re-paving to be presented each year for budget considering.

Engineering personnel issue all permits for work in the City of Roseville right-of-way. The right-of-way includes the sidewalk area, greenbelt and street.
