Board of Review
The purpose of this Board is to listen to citizens' petitions about the assessment of their property and make decisions regarding that assessment.

Building Authority
The Building Authority was created for the purpose of acquiring, furnishing, equipping, owning, improving, enlarging, operating and maintaining a building or buildings, automobile parking lots or structures, recreational facilities, stadiums, and the necessary site or sites thereof, together with appurtenant properties and facilities necessary or convenient for the effective use thereof, for the use of any legitimate public purpose of the City of Roseville.

Citizens Advisory Committee
the Citizens Advisory Committee is involved with the establishment of the Community Development Block Grant objectives, priorities, goals, allocation of funds, and extent of citizen input.

Civil Service Board, General
The general purpose of this Board is to establish a system of personnel administration based on merit principles and scientific methods governing the appointment, promotion, transfer, layoff, removal and discipline of its city employees, except as hereinafter specified.

Civil Service Commission, Police & Fire
This division of the Civil Service Commission was established to provide a civil service system based upon examination and investigation as to employment and promotion of all full-time paid members appointed in the fire and police departments.

Construction Board of Appeals
Any person affected by a decision of the Code Official or a notice or order issued under this code shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Appeals, provided that a written application for appeal is filed within 20 days after the day the decision, notice or order was served.

Any applicant aggrieved by the denial of an application or imposition of conditions for a license shall appeal by filing with the License Appeal Board.
